My Story
My Inspiration on Fitness - My Parents
My passion to health, fitness, and the human body's function can be attributed to my parents and a love for sports. Both parents growing up were Chiropractors and Fitness Instructors, so I had the opportunity of being educated about the human body from a young age. Their encouragement helped motivate me to pursue a B.A. in Kinesiology while participating on a collegiate Lacrosse team.
From College Athlete to Personal Trainer
My interest in Pilates began after a hamstring injury during my Sophomore year of college. Since that injury, Pilates has become an integral part of my own fitness program for core strength, flexibility, and recovery, helping me stay injury-free.
Working Together
When training others, I like to build programs that best fit their goals. I specialize in Pilates training and offer weightlifting, boxing, band workouts, and body-weight exercises.

Guiding Principles
The mental and physical improvement that fitness brings to my clients' lives is of utmost importance to me.
I take a holistic view of your fitness and health to build a program that focuses on your strength, condition, and, if needed, recovery.
Each session, I listen to how you feel and what is happening. We then adjust our time together accordingly.
We’ll use strength training, Pilates, and stretching, individually or combined to deliver the results you want.
I strive to work with everyone to educate you on the correct technique before moving to more advanced techniques.
